Month 10 AND 11 Adventures....because #momlife

Mom has been so busy these last several weeks, so she hasn't had a chance to tell my story for a couple of months. Anyway, let's see what shenanigans I've gotten into since my 9 month update.

Mom and dad always take a Sunday selfie with me when we're all together. Lucky for them, I love taking pictures.

I'm a blue jean baby!

It's cold outside, but I'm warm in my fur

I love my Bible class. I'm learning so many new things.

I love being silly with daddy.

Mama and daddy picking me up after my first Bible class.

I can lay waste to some peanut butter crackers, even if I only have 2 bottom teeth.

Can I throw this plate on the floor? Think they'll get mad? Probably. I'll just attempt to eat these noodles and green beans by myself.

More silly time with daddy.

If you point a camera in my direction, I'll give you all the smiles.

Just cruising in a unicorn chariot. Thanks, Stella for letting me borrow your ride while our moms went strolling and talking.

See? This peanut butter cracker is so good!

I'm a vintage baby. I'm all dressed up in one of mama's dresses. I can wear anything and make it look good.

I know I'm supposed to be reading this thing, but I just need to explore it with my newfound teeth first.

Sometimes I just need to block it all out so I can get a good nap in.

So here are my 10 month stats! I didn't gain much weight. I also didn't get any new teeth. This is the month I found my love of eating all the things. Give me Cheetos puffs or my cookies, and I'm a happy girl. If you want me to stop screaming, put on some "Baby Shark" and you have my attention. I can also be swayed by some Daniel Tiger. I'm starting to figure out things. I may have a mode of transportation (and a way to get into some mischief).

As I'm headed toward 11 months, I notice I have some pretty unusual sleeping habits. By now, I'm moving all over the bed when I sleep. The position mom and dad lay me down in is not the position I remain in. I will cover a lot of area in a night. I have also discovered how to stand in my crib and open the door. I'm very vocal about when I'm ready for them to come and get me out of my bed! Enjoy these next photos of an extremely adorable sleeping me.

Spending some lazy time with dad!

I get my mama snuggles for my late afternoon/early evening nap.

Listen, sometimes you just fall asleep in the most random ways.

Ahhhhh! Gimmie all the mama snuggles.

Granddaddy makes sure I'm comfy.

And other times, I just fall asleep sitting up and fall over.....it is what it is.

Mama is so comfy!

Mama really knows how to get me calm and asleep. She knows just the song to lull me to sleep.

Let's just talk general cuteness. Random pictures of me doing my thing....cheesin' for that camera.

I'm practicing my wave for all my adoring fans on and off camera.

I love my bear Grammy got me for Valentine's Day.

This is my "I'm definitely up to something" look......

I've learned how to pull myself up by myself and stand. I can also hold on to furniture and cruise all over the place. Oh, and I have finally figured out how to get up when I fall down. No more screaming fits for me. I just roll over to my tummy and hoist myself right on up and crawl. FREEDOM!

Sometimes I have to be a diaper baby in the highchair. Usually means I get to eat something messy.

Another vintage outfit for me. This time, I'm wearing one of Aunt Lizzy's rompers from the 90s. Again, I make it look so good! Also, can we talk about how great I'm getting at this standing thing!?

I'm such the little lady.

This is my friend, Bethany. She comes to hang out with me before Bible class starts.

I LOVE my Auntie Linda. She is so sweet and kind and loves me so much!

My friend Alex and I were matching one Sunday. We were also in mama's favorite colors.

OH! In other exciting news....I got a new big girl car seat. I have graduated from the baby carrier. I'm still not a fan of the seat, but apparently I have no choice.

So we got to visit Grammy and Pawpaw and Jude for Jude's 4th birthday. He had a Spiderman party at some bounce place. I didn't like the bounce place. I just stayed with mama and daddy. Actually, I slept during most of the party. Also, why does my mama insist on putting these bows on my head? I keep trying to take them off, but she just keeps putting them back on!

I will escape Jude and his kisses!

Or maybe I'll just let him love on me. He does seem to think I'm pretty special. He even let me climb on him and play with his toys while I was there.

While visiting Grammy and Pawpaw, I got to try all sorts of new foods. I ate strawberries, oranges, biscuits and gravy, ice cream, hamburger, and some french fries. I even learned how to drink out of a straw. I'm totally getting the hang of this "big girl" thing.

Here are my 11 month stats. I'm finally getting more teeth. I've got a couple on top poking through. I have finally figured out how to get places I want to go. I'm crawling everywhere and getting into everything. There really is no stopping me. Well, maybe my parents put a stop to my explorations. They really think I need to stay away from the dog cage and water bowl. Oh, they also frown upon me climbing under end tables and pulling on cords. I love playing in the dishwasher while they load it up. I, personally, think I'm trying to help. I don't think they see it that way. I love looking out the window and walking around while I hold on to things. I'm getting braver everyday. Soon I shall take that leap of faith and let go! I've also found my voice this month. I love to talk and laugh. Mama and daddy get all kinds of excited when I say their names! I'm also learning my name, too! I finally gained some weight.

I can't believe I've been here for almost a whole year. I know mama is getting ready for my big day. I can't wait for that cake!!!!! I wonder what new things I will learn this next month......
